COO – Chief Operating Officer

Lauren’s position at TreHus has evolved from a Temporary Marketing Assistant in 2015 to the Chief Operating Officer in 2025. The shift in her role over the past decade has crossed paths with each department, allowing her to form a well-rounded understanding of the business to inform her role today. She assists and oversees each department to help the business run as efficiently as possible.

After graduating from college, Lauren spent a year living in Australia and took the opportunity to travel to New Zealand and Southeast Asia. Those experiences broadened her perspective and helped build a sense of confidence that she continues to bring to her professional life.

Outside of work, Lauren’s favorite activities are spending time with her family, traveling, cooking, and playing volleyball. If the weather is warm, she can be found enjoying the sun with her friends and family while camping, attending concerts, grilling, boating, or gardening.
