Warehouse Remodel
This light commercial remodel began by opening up a previously boarded-up entryway, now welcoming with new lighting, a patio, and a corrugated steel overhang. Inside, exposed brick and structural elements, along with a new plywood floor, enhance the space’s industrial character. Exposed beams, brick, concrete, and industrial lighting reinforce this aesthetic throughout the building.
