Mia Snider

Mia is new to the professional field of architecture, but she has been inspired by the design-build world for many years. Her interest in the industry grew during her time in Copenhagen, where she studied architecture and urban design. Learning this new perspective on intentional design led Mia to admire the work of architects. TreHus puts an emphasis on intentionality and personable design, aligning with Mia’s approach and values in design. She hopes to understand how designers think and navigate problem-solving, and she is excited to learn from the talent within the office.

As for her interests outside of work, Mia enjoys creating across a variety of mediums. She can often be found knitting a new project and frequently has her pocket-sized sketchbook with her. Yoga has also become an important part of her life, helping her stay grounded in her personal life, no matter how the world is ever-changing.
