Lauren Hayes

Operations Manager

Lauren attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where she earned a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree. After living abroad for a year she arrived back in the states and discovered that TreHus needed some help in marketing (where her sister was currently working). She started here at TreHus as a temporary Marketing Assistant. Over time, her responsibilities grew, and she was hired on full-time as the Office Manager and later became Operations Manager. She has learned so much about the business of TreHus by working in multiple roles.

Outside of work her favorite activities are traveling, cooking, and playing volleyball. If the weather is warm she can be found enjoying the sun with her friends and family while camping, attending concerts, grilling, or gardening.
