Jess found Trehus after relocating to the Twin Cities from Seattle, Washington, while searching for challenging projects that are both beautiful and rewarding to work on. He has experience in custom cabinet and furniture build companies, commercial construction, and remodeling. Jess also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture and Ceramics.

He is most excited about helping transform houses into true homes for families, and being part of bringing people’s visions for their ideal home to life.

Outside of work, Jess is passionate about his family, art, music, gardening, and exploring the outdoors. He especially enjoys creating art, focusing on wood carving and ceramic work. He also loves collecting record albums, cooking, and growing his own vegetables.
