Meriwether Felt, Architect

A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Meriwether Felt's architecture career began years ago in Los Angeles, California where she worked for design–forward firms Schwietzer BIM and Hodgetts + Fung. She returned to the Midwest in the early 1990s to work for MS&R and, later, HGA Architecture—both esteemed Minneapolis firms.

In 1997, Meriwether launched her own architecture and design firm to focus her talents on residential remodels. Her successes in this area have led to new opportunities in Denver, CO, Buffalo, NY, and Charlottesville, VA. Meriwether brings a uniquely cohesive approach to her work—melding client interests and dreams with workable design solutions to affect beautiful and inspired outcomes. Informed by twenty years experience designing for commercial and residential projects, Meriwether creates architectural compositions that truly stand apart.

Meriwether Felt received a Bachelor's degree in architecture from the University of Texas at Austin. Licensed to practice in the states of California, Colorado and Minnesota, Meriwether is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
