In this project, a contrasting 1.5 story cottage-style board and batten addition was added to a traditional 1902 foursquare.

This addition and whole house remodel transformed a 1950's colonial home into a greek revival style home. The addition made room for a more open floor plan on the main level and a master suite on the second.

This project in St. Louis Park added a light-filled family room to the first floor and a master bathroom to the second floor of this 1940's Colonial home.

Three Season Porch Addition
This three season porch was designed to give the feel of a summer cabin while remaining usable in spring and fall. Durable, low-maintenance materials like ironwood, cedar, and bluestone reduce upkeep and add to the rustic aesthetic.

Green Addition and Remodel
This kitchen and master suite expansion were done with sustainability in mind. Materials were reused wherever possible, and green materials like recycled glass countertops, cork floors, and low VOC paint were used.

Spanish Revival Addition
An addition to this unique Spanish Revival home increased space for a family with young children. Architectural details like the arches at the roof line tie the addition in to the style of the existing home.

1940's Colonial Addition
A four-foot bumpout of the first floor of this home provided space for an enlarged kitchen, an informal eating area, and a new mudroom. The addition also breaks up the massing of the home's rear facade, giving it a more human scale.
